 Life Science People have partnered with a fast-growing digital health company, who are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to enhance their market position in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the company's solutions to healthcare professionals and organisations via phone or video conference.

  • Identify customer needs and match solutions to improve their digital health creation journey.

  • Design and communicate the value proposition to customers with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including nurturing, pricing, contracting, and negotiation.

  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.

  • Achieve growth metrics and sales forecasts.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

  • Collaborate with team members to target core markets and individual clients.

  • Produce proposals, pricing, and assist with contracting as needed.

  • Prospect for leads using CRM tools (Hubspot), LinkedIn, and public databases.

  • Develop your personal brand through social media and trade events.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to maintain a customer-centric approach.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and nurture a sales pipeline from scratch.

  • Experience in expanding market presence with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Understanding of the UK healthcare market and sales processes.

  • Excellent listening skills and fluency in English.

  • Team-oriented with personal accountability for success.

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation functions.

  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), automated marketing applications, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
